For your convenience, we have several methods in which you can order and pay for your goods. At this stage we can only accept credit card payments through the internet which we’ve partnered through Paypal.

 

 

 

You can place your order over the phone with us if choosing to pay by cheque or direct deposit. Our hours are Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays) 9.00 – 5.00 (AEST).

 

 

You can place your order online with our shopping cart then checkout with the online registration. This will take you step by step through the ordering process.

This process sends your order straight to us online and at the end you can print a copy of your order which will include details on where to send your cheque or banking details for direct deposit.

 

1.        Once you have added all your items to your shopping cart, click on button to “View Basket”.

2.       The following series of screens will appear

 

 

If you’re happy with your order click “Checkout”

 

 Here you can choose to log in if you’re already registered or continue to checkout.

 

 Enter your details at this screen. You can choose to create an account for future purchases. Please ensure you tick that you have read the terms and conditions before proceeding. Then submit and continue.

 

 check that the details are correct. If you wish to change any details simply click on the green edit buttons. Then “Place Order”. 

 

 Tick the button that says “Cheque/Direct Deposit Payment” then click on “Make Payment”. This will take you to the final screen where you can print your order

 

 

 

 

We are currently partnered with Paypal to offer you the convenience of paying for your purchases securely online.

Simply follow the steps above for online orders. When you get to the payment screen

 

 tick “Credit card payment – Paypal” then click “Make Payment”. This process will transfer you to Paypal’s secure payment site where you will be asked to enter your credit card details. 

 

Once you enter your details click on “Review Order and Continue”. This will take you to a screen where you can review before submitting your payment for processing. 

Your credit card payment will be processed in real time and you will be issued with confirmation of your transaction once completed. Verification of payment processed will also be sent to us so we know your order is complete and has been paid for.
