SHIPPING Please note that we can only ship within Australia. Please note that shipping charges are calculated at the end of the ordering proccess. Before this, it may appear as a zero value. This is due to the fact that addressing and product selection may not be complete until you near the end of the order process. At this stage you can still reveiw your order before it is finalised. Our shipping charges are calculated based on your post code, size and weight of the parcel. It is therefore impossible for us to list all variations of shipping charges. However to give you an indication of charges, please see below the range:
 **** WA Regional - due to high cost in postage our maximum charge for WA has now increased to $90
(Shipping charges include handling and insurance.)
We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 business days. Please allow at least 7 days after despatch for your goods to arrive (possibly longer for regional areas).
All goods are shipped via Australia Post or with TNT. Deliveries are made during business hours and are required to be signed for. It is therefore recommended you use a business address for deliveries. If a redelivery is required, delays and extra charges may be incurred by you. Alternatively, you can instruct us to advise our couriers that goods be left in a designated area at the address (i.e. at front door or behind gate). Please note this will indicate your authority for us to leave the goods and no responsibility will be carried by us or our carriers should something happen once goods are left. If you wish to leave these instructions, please write in customer comments at checkout, otherwise you can send us a separate email after your order is confirmed.
Gourmet Cook has placed a subsidy on most of our freight charges. Gourmet Cook reserves the right to charge extra on freight if they exceed our assumed amount. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that Gourmet Cook may charge you more under certain circumstances .
