Recipe for Kunna Curry
Ingredients required: mutton/trotters 1kg, onion x 1, garlic paste 2 tbsp, flour 2-3 tbsp, ghee/oil 250g, shan kunna curry mix one packet.
Method:
1] heat ghee add onion, garlic, meat and shan kunna mix.
2] add 1 glass of water and cover pot and keep weight on the lid or use pressure cooker. cook on very low haet till meat tender - about 6 to 8 hours.
3] dissolve flour in one cup of water and add to pot, shake the pot to mix in the flour evenly in the gravy, cover and cook on low heat for 30 mins.
